The AI forklift safety camera system is designed to enhance safety in warehouses and industrial facilities. It is especially useful for forklift operations in confined spaces with limited visibility, and in areas where people, vehicles, and goods coexist. The use of an AI forklift safety camera system helps improve operational efficiency and significantly reduce hazards or accidents. The system includes the following features:

  Pedestrian Collision Warning System
  When the forklift is moving and a pedestrian approaches from the front or rear, the system automatically triggers both audible and visual alerts.

  360° Surround View Monitoring
  Equipped with Blind Spot Detector (BSD) cameras with a wide-angle view of 180° 2 unit (Front-Rear), the system provides a 360° view around the vehicle with no blind spots.

  Real-Time Video Display and Recording
  Video footage is displayed in real-time on a 7-inch screen and stored on a built-in 32GB memory card. The memory card can be upgraded (up to 256GB) to store high-resolution video or extend recording duration.

  Driver Behavior Monitoring System (DMS)
  The system uses a camera to monitor driver behavior and issues alerts for unsafe behaviors such as fatigue, distraction, smoking, phone use, and other risky actions, while also recording these events.
• 
  Speed Control System
  The speed control system automatically slows down the vehicle and eventually stops it when entering a predefined close-range zone. It issues early warnings via the alert system. The detection range and braking distance can be customized.
