The CQD20-D electric reach truck is designed to meet the demands of modern warehouse logistics, manufacturing, and distribution centers that require precision, agility, and safety. It features a high-performance AC motor, a maximum travel speed of 11 km/h, and a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg. The integrated Electric Power Steering (EPS) and dual-mode steering (180° / 360°) enable smooth maneuvering even in narrow aisles.

Lifting Performance

The CQD20-D series supports a wide range of lifting heights, from 5,000 mm to 14,000 mm, making it ideal for high bay warehouses and multi-tier racking systems.

Note: Free Lift is the maximum lift height the forks can reach without raising the mast - ideal for low-clearance areas like containers or low racking systems.

 
Load Capacity by Lift Height and Load Center
The load capacity of the CQD20-D varies based on the lift height and the load center (LC).

Notes:

• LC (Load Center) = distance from the load’s center of gravity to the heel of the fork. A higher LC reduces lifting capacity.
• The higher the lift height and the further the load extends, the lower the safe lifting capacity.

Example:

• Lifting at 6,000 mm with LC = 600 mm ➝ Max load: 2,000 kg
• Lifting at 14,000 mm with LC = 1000 mm ➝ Max load: 500 kg
