- Rapid response team on call. For Bangkok and the vicinity, calls received before 9:00 am will be serviced within 12 hours. Calls received after 9:00 am will be serviced within 24 hours. For emergency breakdowns, the nearest representative will be on standby to provide quick troubleshooting for you.
- Repair and Service Record-keeping, including periodical service reports if requested.
- Ongoing seminars and in-house training for customers to keep productivity and utilization at its maximum. Up to the manufacturer's standard, our mechanical teams have been trained by our highly seasoned technical teams so rigorously that they are highly knowledgeable, skilled and updated to provide quality job to our customers. In addition, we have been providing following trainings for our customers.
- For large fleet projects, the company will provide on-site technical team for instant servicing.
